ARRESTS

Julie A. Velazquez, 26, 2212 Herman Ave., at 12:32 p.m. Sunday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Danny O. Bowman, 29, 703 S. Seventh St., at 5:29 p.m. Sunday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Ashli D. Calvert, 26, 530 S. 11th St., at 7:53 p.m. Sunday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Bradley W. Perry, 26, 1209 Church St., at 10:29 a.m. Monday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession or attempted possession of a controlled substance, with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture.

Chad N. Reigenborn, 18, 715 Albemarle St., at 11:03 a.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Henry L. Smith, 54, 1505 Olive St., at 3:42 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Fredy A. Morales-Perez, 23, 916 Sycamore St., at 7:30 p.m. Monday on a charge of domestic assault.

Melinda S. Talbot, 36, 3213 Messanie St., at 8:02 p.m. Monday on a charge of failure to return lost property when able.

Katherine M. Cockriel, 32, 8350 S.E. 52nd St., at 10:10 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

John W. Devore Jr., 48, Gower, Mo., at 11:28 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Derek W. Briggs, 25, 1813 Green Valley Road, at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of nonsupport.

Tyler W. Fender, 25, 1621 S. 17th St., at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of burglary.

David A. Lopez, 17, Stewartsville, Mo., at 11:53 p.m. Tuesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of burglary.

Charles B. Boeh, 28, 2201 N. Leonard Road, at 1:38 a.m. Wednesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on charges of nonsupport, driving while license suspended or revoked and domestic assault.

Correction: St. Joseph police records listed the wrong address for Henry Smith, which the News-Press published in Thursday’s police briefs. Mr. Smith does not live at 1505 Olive St., the resident of that address said. The News-Press apologizes for the error.
