Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Sentenced to prison

Tracy A. Ferguson, 36, 1615½ N. Third St., for two years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

Division 3

Judge Patrick Robb

Probation granted

Zachary R. Johnston, 25, Maryville, Mo., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated; must serve 10 days shock detention.

Brooke Troutt, 31, 1321 Garfield Ave., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Sentenced to jail

Lashawn K. Baynham, 38, 916 S. 14th St., for six months after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession or delivery of prohibited item at county jail.

Sentenced to prison

Steven D. Bunton, 37, 2525 S. 15th St., for four years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of theft/stealing.

Amy R. Hinthorne, 32, 1906 N. 42nd St. Place, for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

John P. Jacobs Sr., 58, 210 N. Eighth St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Archie F. Tracy, 55, 523 Blake St., for seven years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Gloria J. Wilson, 42, 508 S. 15th St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of second-degree burglary.

Division 4

Judge Daniel Kellogg

Probation granted

Alexander M. McNutt, 23, 4604 Shawnee Road, for five years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of second-degree burglary; must serve 120 days shock detention and must pay restitution of $6,500.

Alex P. Sale, 20, 6980 N.E. Missouri Highway 6, for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance; must serve two days shock detention.
