No different
In regard to "Call me crazy," this person is unintelligent and uneducated. Just because you're a Muslim, that doesn't mean you are anti-American. Islam as a religion is no different from any other religion. Some people choose to interpret it differently.
Put it out
I'm all for donating money or food to help people. But I can't believe the number of people who go to get free food at places that hand it out, and they smoke. Why don't they spend money on food instead of cancer sticks?
In the way
I have an opinion about those people who are always in the way when you're trying to do your job. They are there for just the paycheck and not really there to pay attention to what they're supposed to do, and they just basically just get in your way. There is so much unemployment out there, those people need to quit their jobs and let the people get in there who know what they're doing and want to do the job.

Sewer mess
I was reading about how St. Joseph lost out on federal and state assistance concerning our antiquated sewer system. And I find it incredulous that our city administrative staff, led by our city manager, missed out completely. The statement that we didn't know we need to apply seems to be someone who is so sure of his position and micromanages opinions and focused too much on the small stuff that he misses out on the big picture.
Buy some paint
This is in regard to "Big money" and the water company increase here. Well, maybe they're going to need that new water rate increase to help paint that water tower out on north Interstate 29. It's getting to be a real eyesore up there.
Keep it clear
I just wanted to say thank you, MoDOT, for keeping Highway 36 between Osborn Junction and St. Joseph clear and clean. I have seen Ford trucks and they've all been working and doing a great job at keeping Highway 36 clear and safe.
Costly move
I cannot believe that President Obama is going to house 100 terrorists in a prison in Illinois that is going to cost taxpayers $1 billion - and this does not include attorneys and court costs - when taxpayers are already paying, and will continue to pay, the maintenance cost of Gitmo and the servicemen to run and take care of Gitmo. Leave them in Gitmo and charge them as terrorists and not criminals.

I think in the way was talking about working with people who may be lazy at work and are there to draw a paycheck.And they were saying for these people to quit and make room for the ones who are unemployed who will come to work and do what they are suppose to not be lazy and get in the way.

While I agree that working with lazy worker's is aggravating,most company's have attendance and on the job performance policy's intstituted, and its up to the employee to keep themselve's gainfully employed, union shops seem to have the easyiest packages to follow,,, Family based workplaces seem to have a double standard ,if your not family IT TENDS TO BE A HARD ROAD TO FOLLOW!! I worked at both kind of places, and there are always employee's that seem to find ways to do as little as possible instead of working as a team,and people that alway's find more reason's to miss work, than to be at work!All you can do is go the extra mile and protect yourself and make sure you keep your job ..... It may not seem fair , but thats all you can do,,,,most lazy employee's eventually will get caught up in their own irresponsibility and be fired

Well that is fairly simple. Illinois is his home state. The former Governer should be going to federal prison for accepting bribes, but this one must be a closer friend of Obama. There is town in Montana that had the same situation..empty prison, high unemployment, and welcomed the chance to take them. There was also little worry of them escaping or any of thier buddies showing up to do something. They would be spotted immediately, and those folks out there are all armed. But Montana has few votes..so you figure it out.

How convenient for those who are "just there for the paycheck" if they quit their jobs. They can get just a "paycheck" by collecting unemployment. Then those who want to earn their paychecks can step up, do the work and help pay for those who are unemployed...what a system!

If it is the same prison I am thinking of in Illinois,it is a new prison that has hardely been used. There have been alot of questions as to why it is not up and running yet. They house a few prisoners there but last time I heard it was not yet finished. Makes me uncomfortable with the fact that it is in my families back yard.

For "costly move" would it be better to house these terrorist suspects at gitmo indefinately and pay for the detention of these individuals for the rest of their lives or to bring them in give them due process as we do any others who have commited crimes, sentence them, execute them if found guilty and get it over with seems to me the second would be better than housing all of them indefinately at gitmo without trial for the rest of their lives

It seems to me that most every attack on America has came at the hands of Muslims. When Christianity gets misinterpreted you have a few wackos (Fred Phelps, David Koresh) and that's bad enough. When Islam gets "misinterpreted" thousands of innocent Americans are murdered. I find it difficult to think that this is anything other than Islam vs Christianity.

When is the last time you heard someone take the Lord's name in vain (Curse, using God's name or Jesus' name, for those who don't understand), and that person was either attacked or threatened? When is the last time Christians around the world rose up and declared a "holy war" against everyone who doesn't believe in the same things they believe in?

And, where were Muslims on September 11, 2001. Well, we know 19 of them were flying planes into the World Trade Center and the rest were standing out on the street rejoicing as shown by CNN...FOX....MSNBC and others
The "moderate Muslims" whose asses Obama bends over backwards to kiss were stone cold silent and to me that means tacit approval.
That Mr. Obama is the "rich heritage" Muslims have in America.....and if you want a good example drop by the Harwin Central Mall....9700 Harwin Drive...Suite 108 in Houston Texas where the sign on the door says
