Animal Hospital Vandalized
by Sarah Lawson
Wednesday, October 14, 2009

Employees at a local animal hospital came to work Wednesday to find their business had been vandalized.

Tina Rusher, office manager at All Creatures Animal Hospital on Messanie Street, was one of the first to see the message scrawled on the back door which says "we are watching you." Rusher says the vandals also dumped their trash all over the back yard and turned over a small refrigerator that was sitting bedide the door.

The Saint Joseph Police Department was called and advised the animal hospital to get security cameras as a precaution. Rusher says this is not the first vandalism the animal hospital has seen. A window was broken out and some damage done to a door about a month ago. She says now, they are all being cautious.
