ARRESTS

Bradley W. Perry, 26, 1209 Church St., at 8:38 a.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession or attempted possession of a controlled substance, with intent to distribute, deliver or manufacture.

Terrance C. Rowland, 27, 2229 N. Seventh St., at 4:32 p.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of failure to submit an offender registration.

John M. Richey, 49, 2100 Cougar St., at 7:59 p.m. Friday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Ronny D. Rathman, 52, 1008 11th St., at 1:05 a.m. Saturday on a charge of murder.

Gary W. Hatfield, 35, St. Joseph, at 1:41 a.m. Saturday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Morayma D. Diaz, 20, 5505 S.W. Lakefront Lane, at 5:29 a.m. Saturday on a charge of failure to return leased or rented property.

Jonathan A. Barnett, 24, 2101 Pear St., at 6:33 p.m. Saturday on a charge of statutory rape.

Aaron G. Miller, 21, 1209 Highly St., at 12:53 a.m. Sunday on a charge of driving without a valid license.

Richard N. Luzier, 29, Horton, Kan., at 5:48 p.m. Sunday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Jeremy J. Woosley, 31, 1015 Faraon St., at 6:14 p.m. Sunday on a charge of violating an order of protection.

Bobby D. Kennedy, 52, 2803 S. 24th St., at 12:35 p.m. Monday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Chelsey B. Karr, 20, 1013 Isadore St., at 1:24 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court and on a charge of failure to return lost property.

Tyson L. Good, 28, 1216 Corby St., at 2 p.m. Monday on a charge of larceny.

Melissa A. Widener, 33, 1317 Highly St., at 3:25 p.m. Monday on a charge of making loud or boisterous noise in public.

Cierra N. Dockery, 20, Kansas City, at 10:02 p.m. Monday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Christopher J. Hunt, 29, 5521 First Road, at 11:53 p.m. Monday on a charge of nonsupport.

Raymond D. Whitten, 75, 20 Chadwick Lane, at 12:07 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated/under the influence.

Kyle S. Hughes, 20, 2600 Missouri Route P, at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Destinee R. Williams, 17, 1911 Mitchell Ave., at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Andrew W. Dredge, 18, 110 N. 24th St., at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and property damage.

Cara M. Boyer, 29, Stewartsville, Mo., at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of stealing.

Richard P. Mowry, 22, Wathena, Kan., at 4:32 p.m. Tuesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of statutory rape.

Janice M. Burnett, 34, 610 S. 11th St., at 1:39 a.m. Wednesday on charges of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

Lori L. Seward, 39, 5301 Frederick Blvd., at 2:09 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

CORRECTION: The police briefs on Oct. 15 contained an incorrect address, because of information provided to the News-Press. Jeremy J. Woosley, 31, does not live at 1015 Faraon St.
