Creadele Harrison is charged in home evasion, October 13th near Lake Contrary.

Two men are arrested Wednesday.and one is charged in the October 13th home invasion and robbery near Lake Contrary.

36 year old Creadele Harrison is now charged with felony receiving stolen property. He is alledgedly one of two men who committed a home invasion on Southwest Lakefront Lane, October 13th.

According to Buchanan County Sheriff's Sgt. Shawn Collie, two men wore hooded sweatshirts and masks while displaying handguns when they broke into the home. The two allegedly tied up the father while making threats to the man and his wife as their two children slept in a nearby bedroom. The two men were allegedly looking for narcotic medications and a safe, Collie said. The two men allegedly took guns, drugs and jewelry.

Circuit Court Judge Ronald Taylor will arraign Harrison friday morning. His bond was set at $4,500, however,. Harrison is also being held on a probation violation and remains in the Buchanan County Jail. A second male person of interest was found at another location and was taken into custody.

During the execution of one of those warrants, a deputy fired his weapon and Sheriff Mike Strong says an investigation as to why that occurred is underway. No one was struck by the bullet.
