Deward J. Gomez, 23, Milan, Mo., at 3:52 p.m. Sunday on charges of failure to return lost property when able and property damage.

Antonio B. Efrain, 21, 1708 N. Second St., at 6:04 p.m. Sunday on charges of obstruction, no valid license and violation of United States immigration law.

William G. Hodkins, 31, 2603 Juniper Lane, at 6:15 a.m. Monday on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Almario M. Thornton, 18, 2509 Angelique St., at 6:56 p.m. Monday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
