Brian C. Smith, 30, 3314 Sacramento St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated; must serve 10 days shock detention; must be on SCRAM for 120 days and must pay restitution of $200.

Charles L. Taube Jr., 29, Rosendale, Mo., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sentenced to jail

Anthony N. Cherco, 23, for one year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession or delivery of a prohibited item at a jail.

Joseph R. Dobsch, 25, 811 S. 17th St., for four months after probation revoked on a felony charge of forgery.

Keith Moser, 45, 1101 S. 11th St., for six months after pleading guilty to a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Megan M. Mowen, 23, 209 Pryor Ave., for 41 days after pleading guilty to a felony charge of receiving stolen property.

Sentenced to prison

Bryson D. Pankau, 18, 2812 Walnut St., for three years after pleading guilty to a felony charge of second-degree burglary.

Paul E. Sharp, 49, 3401 Faraon St., for nine years after a guilty verdict on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
