Joy Terry

Joy Terry will celebrate her 80th birthday on November 2. She was born on that date in 1929 in Rockport, Mo.

She married Leroy C. Terry on October 15, 1949, in St. Joseph.

She was a beautician for more than 40 years.

Her daughters are Debbie (Ray) Heitman and Sherry (Ed) Murphy, all of St. Joseph. There are six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on November 1 at Wyatt Park Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are invited.
