Pearl (Wolfley) Poe was born October 28, 1919, in St. Joseph, where she still resides today.

She was married to John Poe Jr. before his passing on August 25, 1995.

Her children are Donna Jean Ellis, Deanna Jo Latta, and Steven Wayne Poe. There are 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and three step great-grandchildren.
