Court costs are not included in the figures below. The usual court cost is $106.50 for misdemeanors and $283.50 for felonies. Added into this are other costs, such as the cost of arrest for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The additional fees can bring the court costs up to $400 or more.

Robert J. O’Dell, 31, 1327 S. 19th St., for 168 days after probation revoked on a misdemeanor charge of nonsupport.

Franchesca Simpson, 27, Atchison, Kan., for 11 days after probation revoked on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license revoked.

Jonden K. Williams, 20, 212 N. 16th St., for three days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

Sentenced to prison

Timothy L. Myers, 25, for two years after probation surrendered on a felony charge of nonsupport.
