by St. Joseph News-Press
Wednesday, October 28, 2009

The Doniphan County Health Department will be offering the H1N1 vaccine free of charge to the following priority groups, pregnant women and persons who live with or provide care for infants less than 6 months of age (parents, siblings, daycare providers, etc.).

The clinics will be held today 1-6 p.m., Thursday 1-4 p.m., and Friday 1-4 p.m.

Due to a limited supply, the Doniphan County Health Department will require proof of residence in Doniphan Co. To help speed up the vaccination process, the public is being asked to print and complete the consent forms found at www.dpcountyks.com. Click on the health department link.

The department also have seasonal flu shots available to give to the general public. These will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Clinic times for season flu vaccine will be every Wednesday from 1-4 p.m. or by appointment.
