ARRESTS

Able B. Martinez, 22, 401 S. 15th St., at 9:36 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic assault.

Tommy L. Foster, 54, Calhoun, Ga., at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated/under the influence.

Patrick B. Johnson, 47, 13474 Glena Drive, at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Brian L. Calvert, 25, 2512 Jules St., at 6:07 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated/under the influence.

Joshua L. Woosley, 28, 3214 Normandy St., at 9:49 a.m. Wednesday on charges of domestic assault and nonsupport.

Diana J. Leigh, 39, 1609 Boyd St., at 2 p.m. Wednesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Nicholas R. Powell, 17, 709 Hamburg St., at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Gary D. Roberts, 45, 2600 Pacific St., at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Jimmy L. Neill Jr., 18, 1924 S. 12th St., at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Stephen N. Sauter, 26, 408 E. Kansas Ave., at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of failure to return lost property when able.

Casey J. Perkins, 33, 2316 Lafayette St., at 12:35 a.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.

Candy A. Franke, 50, 2234 Jules St., at 2:39 a.m. Thursday on a charge of making loud or boisterous noise in public.

David C. Clinton, 56, 1724 Olive St., at 8:29 a.m. Thursday on a city warrant charging failure to appear in court.
