Preceded: parents, Delvern William and Flora Mae (Matthis); one infant sister; sister, Marjorie Stark.
Survivors: wife, Alta L. (Gitthens); sons, David Ray, Marvin D., Larry W.; daughters, Connie Sue Hartwig, Linda Kay Maupin; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Burial: Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
