Shirley Joann Allen went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Joann was born March 15, 1937, near Clarksdale, Mo.
She married the late Richard Allen on September 10, 1965.
She is survived by a daughter, Jolene Weese of California; and a son, Paul Griffin of Colorado. She leaves behind three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
The body will be cremated by Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.
There will be no visitation or viewing. The family will have a private graveside inurnment at a later date.
