ATCHISON, Kan. — William “Bill” M. Dugger, 74, Atchison, died November 4, 2009.
Survivors: children, Bill Dugger Jr., Patricia Collier, Elizabeth Dugger, Renae (Rick) Vice, Steven Dugger Sr., Melody Dugger, Martin (Kerry) Dugger, Angela Dugger, Jamie Morast, Jolene Smith; brothers, Donnie, Kenny; sisters, Shirley Black, Betty Bramble, Helen O’Trimble, Linda Stahl, Carol Myers, Sherri Crane, Mary Smith; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home, Atchison. Burial: Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home.

I knew the Dugger family when I lived in Atchison. Lived next door to Betty, and my husband worked with Donnie at Meads. My condonlences to the Dugger family.
