Lowell Kruse has done a super job the entire time he's served St. Joseph and Heartland Health. I think this question was phrased rather negatively. It's a Hell of a way to thank someone who has dedicated 25 years of his life to serving our community.
I voted "no" simply because I don't know Mr. Kruse. When my dog dies I'll miss him dearly. When my Grandma died I missed her dearly. When I move, I'll miss some of my neighbors. However, let me reiterate, I don't know Mr. Kruse, therefore, I won't miss him.
This man's job was to keep Heartland Health in the forefront of the area, and he did that well.
