Yes, let's keep the families together until someone dies. Population control? Who came up with this topic? The 3% that have already been convicted?

I guess more felons have chimed in. It's now up to 4%! Let's keep that figure moving upward. We might find out that our society has sunk even farther than we thought! Makes us want to stick our chests out with pride, doesn't it?

i am proud to be in the 95% of us who didnt vote from inside a jail, and i also realize that 95% + 4% does not equal 100%?
