Local casino revenue is hit by economic dip
by Gretchen Mollenhour
Monday, July 21, 2008

The past three years Terribles St. Joe Frontier casino had been growing, but lately the growth has stopped and begun to decline.

Terribles General Manager, Craig Travers says for most of the year Terribles has noticed a slight decline of revenue. Travers also says the amount of of money most people gamble with is based on their income. When the cost of living increases their entertainment budget decreases.

Terribles has noticed loyal customers are limiting their trips to once a week due to high gas prices. Travers says they will continue to hold a stable revenue as long as possible. He says even though their restaurant prices have increased, revenue hasn't decreased. He attributes that to the loyal customers and great food.

I did not know about Mayor Shearin, Terribles and the Bradley's, Mr_A. But, the facts you presented here were incredible. I also agree with you and TheShadow about Colonel Sanders and the Church.

I cannot believe you guys talked about this online. I hope you have unlisted phone numbers.

It seems 5 comments were "removed." Anyone care to hint about what was not seen as fit to see?

Well, glad, it seems that the Bradleys were <content edited by admin> which caused the Church to hold a <content edited by admin> for the <content edited by admin> causing the holocaust. The Dead See scrolls talked about the <content edited by admin> until <content edited by admin> Terribles casino. The reason the content was removed was because it was way off topic, the comments simply had nothing to do with the article.

The first person posted something about the newspaper printing the wrong TV listings and the rest of the comments were making fun of the guy for posting incredibly off topic. That's all.

LOL. Thanks familyguy, that certainly clears things up. Thank goodness there are those out there who know what we should and should not be reading!

I went to high school with a guy named Economic and he was always a dip. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

When is Walker: Texas Ranger on tonight? Can someone check the paper for me?

Joe_Wright is correct. The posts in question definitely went against the sentence that states "Robust, even heated debate we like. Straying off-topic or flaming, we don't." That's why we removed the comments.

That Casino parking lot looks fuller than it ever has -

Time to audit that place and the agencies that govern it.

All casino's in the State, for that matter......
