I can assure you I am very real. If that is what you guys need to think to make you feel better about what was said, so be it. Everything I have posted is true, why would I lie? To show up "Wright Winger" on some obsure thread? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
My wife posted a couple times as well. I would of preferred if she didn't but she doesn't listen to me anyway. She tends to be a little more emotional than I , hence the comment about bringing our child to meet WW. Trust me that would never happen.
The fact is WW attacked my child and I simply because he did not like my point of view. Instead of commenting on my take he decided to tell me I must have brain damage. When I told him I was offended by his comments, instead of doing the right and civil thing and apologizing he decided to not only ridicule me AGAIN, but make a very inappropriate comment about my child. I didn't make any personal comments about him, or did I say that his actions or lack thereof were going to cause him or any one else to suffer dire consequences like Bobby Despain did in her letter Suzyq keeps referring to.
suzyq-when an adult writes an leter to the paper saying innocent children are going to hell because they aren't brought up the way the author wants, they are insane.

What kind of person would write such garbage? That is an attack on the choices I've made as a parent, plain and simple. By writing an open letter to the paper they open themselsves up to comments, my daughter did not post here, nor write a letter to the editor. If you can't see the difference, I'm sorry.

I do want to meet WW, just to see if he is man enough to say those things to me when I'm standing right in front of him. Somehow I doubt it. Anyone who will say the what he did about a CHILD is a sorry, small, pathetic human being.
Maybe it is a little bravado, but when someone ridicules my children I tend to get a little hot under the collar.
And your supposed to be a Christian? I'm sure Jesus would be awful proud of your comments.

Libs? Please. Is that the best you could come up with? And you wonder why your party is headed off into the wilderness.
By the way, I belong to neither party, am only beholden to common sense and reality. All I know is that for the most of my life this country has been in a decline. And since I'm able to think for myself, the correlation between the policies put in place over the last 30 years and our decline is a pretty easy one to see. To me the difference between Bush and Clinton, or Reagan and Obama are moot.
Do I have hope for the future? You bet I do. I have to. I have small children who will inherit this mess. I hope the new administration will take the drastic steps needed to get the country back on track.
But if you two want to keep clutching your discredited ideology, the rest of the country will be more than happy to move on without you.
ww-still want to meet face to face, am sure it wont happen though. Real men aren't afraid to stand behind their beliefs or their statements. I'm sure you aren't man enough to do either.

WW_That was a classless thing to say. As is so happens my youngest child is afflicted with brain damage that was caused by lack of oxygen while in utero.

ww-you make some wild claims with absolutely zero evidence to back it up. You can get a smart meter through the power company right now free of charge. They do start limiting customers power usage, that's the whole point isn't it?
But to make claims that Obama is going o make this mandatory and post a link that that mentions no such thing is ignorant and irresponsible. The guy hasn't even implemented ANY policies yet.
Socialism? Like I've said earlier. The right wing branded Obama as a socialist and he still won. Talk about a repudiation of the Republican party!
Take a look around old timer. In case you haven't noticed we are in one of the worse financial crises in 80 years, engaged in 2 wars, or infrastructure is crumbling around us, we've witnessed an entire American city be pretty much wiped off the map, or Constitution has been trampled, one of the greatest transfers of wealth in human history took place, your beloved free market has been reduced to handouts from taxpayers to keep afloat.
And your worried about a smart meter? Wake up! I for one am sick of people like you who put ideology before the good of the country.

You mada a claim. I provided evidence to the contrary. Both Bush and Cheney tied Saddam to Al Qaida not to Hamas. Any person with half a brain cell knows what they wanted to infer.
Ideologues like you from both sides of the aisle have ran this country into the ground with your partisan politics. Now it will be left to those of us that aren't blinded by ideology or intolerance to clean up your mess.
