I am surprised at the ignorance of those who think this should be a civil court. There will be hours of televised tirades broadcast all over the world. Just what do you think they will be playing in the Muslim countries? We can't even get fair coverage here in the US on most networks, do you really think that Al Jazeera is going to spend much time covering their terrorist acts, or their so called mistreatment? This will only galvanize hatred towards us. 0bama's decision to do this is just plain stupid.

Former AG John Ashcroft recently commented that the Attorney General does not have the authority to order this trial without the approval of the President. The AG is the equal of the Sec. of Defense and could not order this out of the military's hands without 0bama saying it was OK. Yet 0bama not only says this was not his call, but he has also prejudged the case. This case is going to be a circus trial and all it will do is give these terrorist a world forum to spew their hatred of the US. While we may get both sides of the story if the liberal media is fair here in America. What do you think the story will be all over the world? There will be hours of video playing to those who already hate us about how these poor poor terrorists have been waterboarded, and how evil the US is.

I don't know if it's just poor editing or disrespect toward Sarah Palin, but it's not Mr. Palin or Ms Palin. It's Mrs Palin.

The King Hill location might not be ideal but there are few other places where you can build a ramp to get up and over the tracks. If you want to bulldoze down a bunch of houses then there are plenty of locations. The Alabama approach would take a lot of work.

0bama doesn't know what he is doing. Everyday he waits to make his decision our men and women are still in harms way taking fire and trying to do their job even under restrictive rules of engagement.

What is the point of this poll? Are you trying to get people to cancel their subscriptions? Don't go down the road of the Red Star in KC. I canceled my subscription to that paper to get away from the liberal slant. If it keeps showing up here I bet that I can do without this one too.
