heritage....you continue to state that a letter regarding the mold issue from the EPA has been sent and discarded. are you sure of this information or just another statement you are throwing out there as fact and is actually fiction? did the principal tell you this or did you go through the trash and find the letter?
It is posts such as these that do not let us (the community) move forward.
h...you really missed your calling. I'm am certain that you would make a great author of fiction literature! That really does seem to be your strong suit.
yes, i believe special services is special education. to be clear, they did not create a new position, therefore the stimulus money is not being used for this salary. the stimulus money will indeed directly benefit the special needs children of the st. joseph school district.
to answer your question regarding geddie's, as you call her, experience, yes she has experience and the degree. ten years teaching in special ed i believe. i think you can find all of that info on the school district website.
h....you would have to ask someone else about the functions of certain positions, i do not know the answer. also, i believe there is still a principal at neely until the building actually closes.
yes, there is nothing "funny" about a school closing and all of the people it affects.
heritage....you need to check your facts. when the current director of special services took another job, not within the school district, a current position was left open. a new position was not created as you are implying. the district has indeed eliminated two principal salaries as they stated they would. it would be nice if people knew what they were talking about before posting comments that will surely create, at the very least, a cloud of suspicion. please know your facts before throwing false information out for public consumption.
