ninja_man, let me get this straight,you must be chosing to be straight, since sexual orientation is a choice right? Therefore you must not deny that you have fantasized about two men also. Otherwise you proved the fact that you are born with a sexual orientation, gay, straight or bi!
I'm sure they were born that way, hey ninja? As for this whole debate, the Bible is completely up for individual interpretation. It's full of hypocrisy. Everyone can pick and choose anything they want to believe from it. There are alot of great stories in the bible, but some are just silly in todays standards. Should we really be executed for having sex with our wives during their period? If you do "choose" to marry a woman who is unclean at the time, does she deserve death?
I guess we're all going to hell! According to most major religions, if you don't follow their belief system then you will be condemned to hell! or some version of it. See you all there! ;)
Pops: How does evolution go against God? That's just silly. How do you know how long a day is to God? 24hrs? God could have set the wheels in motion over a long period of time. I don't believe it is specified in Genesis. There are no dinosaurs in the Bible, does that make them godless tripe? Do you even know what the Origin of Species or survival of the fittest means? Nothing in evolution has anything to do with the bible. Do you not believe our human race has evolved in the last 100 years, we live longer and have much better technology now. Do you disagree? I've read Genesis and Darwin, there is no direct opposition at all.

ninja-man: obviously by your statement you are incapable of evolving as a person. You follow what you are told and are incapable of original thought. I don't want to get into the fact of evolution because your simple mind can't comprehend it. And I didn't attack any one, I just made the same idiot assumption that "you people" do about gays.
JLS and MichaelH, you just can't convince people like megafrog. They have been completely brainwashed and don't know right from wrong. You can't convince them with science, I'm sure they don't even believe in evolution. They don't realize that two gay women can reproduce through artificial insemination. Two gay men can adopt in some states. I'm sure it's unnatural to them, just like getting a blood transfusion or organ transplant. These people take every word in the Bible literally. They want the Bible to rule our government, not the people. Logic goes out the door with these people. It's actually quite sad.

1Cr 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe the King James version is the oldest in the english language. Kind of a stretch to say the effeminate means homosexuals. So I'm not convinced that Jesus ever mentioned it.
I also pray to God and don't believe in any of the forms of organized christian religion. On man or womans interpretation of what the Bible says can sometimes be flawed. We're only human! Each individual can draw many personal and helpful things from the good book. It should not be used for hate. Any verse you can find that says one thing, I can find another that contradicts it. Let's face it, the Bible is a story about God, what a wonderful story it is! It has much wonderful advice on how to live a loving, fulfilling life. As far as the Bible and homosexuals, I don't see anything about it in the Ten Commandments or the 7 deadly sins, Jesus never once mentioned it.
