heritage, get real. There is a big difference between the name of a facility and walking down the hallway of a hospital and seeing a nude photograph. If I want a child to see a nude photograph I take him to an art gallery not my local hospital. Once again though Heartland believes that it is the pulse of the community and wants to be a social gathering place......there in lies the problem.

This is a great program for the property owners of St. Joseph, however if you happen to own a dually pick-up you can not use this clean sweep. This needs to change. I am a property owner/tax payer yet I'm penalized for the type of vehicle I own. I for one would sure like to see the city counsel address this.

I always love this. Consumers start to conserve by using less and spending money on more efficient appliances then the utilities have to make up on lost profits from the conservation attempts by their customers by raising the damn rates!

Mr. Thomas, no need to look to Boston for Ameican owned brew, just look to Boulevard Brewing Co. down I-29. They are now the largest American owned brewery in Missouri.....Pale Ale anyone?

low income at $650.00 a month? The first poster is absolutely right. Another giant blunder by the city. First off, if I'm going to spend 90 grand on a home, it's not going to be in the 400 block of 17th Street....and before anyone bashes me, I wouldn't spend that on a home in my neighborhood either.
