LOL good one!!
On Obama to get his first look at the Oval Office
heckler........there is NOTHING worse than a sore loser!! I have to agree with pops......People like you are what is wrong with this country! I really don't think the millions (almost 65 million to be exact) who voted for Pres. Obama have their hand out. According to the exit polls Obama won 52% of the votes of those making over $200,000 a year and 51% of those making 50k to 75k. I don't think these people qualify for welfare!!
To the caller who was talking about our retirement being gone.....What about thousands I have lost from my 401K in the last year?

The election is over and the people have spoken. Now it is time to come together as a country and try to make the much needed improvements the United States is in dire need of. It is too bad these callers callers can't follow Sen. McCain's lead and show some respect and support for our new President-Elect. Let's at least give the man a chance people!

He told the News-Press, “Anytime (you have) more than 55 percent of the vote, it’s a landslide — that’s a mandate,” said Dr. Schaaf. Wow....Way to show some class there Schaaf!! Hope all that voted for him are proud!!
On Schaaf claims mandate after win
Safer with McCain? With him you are "One seventy three year old heartbeat" away from Palin being President. Now THAT my friends, is scary!!
OOPS! Wrong sister! Although I did find this on Auma: Barack Obama and his half-sister Auma didn't meet until they were in their 20s, but both have said they immediately clicked when she first came to visit him in Chicago in the 1980s.
How did you find each other?
"Find" is the wrong word because we've known about each all along. My dad never hid his family, and we always knew about Barack being in the United States as we were growing up. After my father died in 82, that's when Barack contacted me. He wrote to me and we just started corresponding. Then, eventually, we agreed it was time to meet up.
That is from an interview with Auma in an UK newspaper.

Still don't see anything about her being at the hospital!
On It's Your Call, October 23, 2008
Steve-O.........."His own sister slipped when she said that she was at the hospital when he was born in Indonesia. If he was NOT born in America, he can not even RUN for President, Don't take my word for it, do some research."
I have to say that would be a pretty good trick considering his sister is 9 years younger than he is!!! LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!! LOL Maybe YOU should do a little research!!

Unbelievable...........Well ok maybe believable and par for the course where the City Manager is concerned. His unprofessional statements about public officials and matters that don't even concern him as CM should be enough for him to get the boot, let alone all the other BS he has pulled. I figured the "new" council would get rid of him, instead they not only resign him, but give the control freak a RAISE! Now THAT is unbelievable. Maybe the next city council will take care of business!!
On Mayor questions online postings
shocked.....I was wondering about that myself! Maybe we could just discuss it here.
“It is my opinion that she lacks the required measure of actual and perceived independence by the profession,” Mr. Capell, a certified public accountant, wrote.(In the weekly city newsletter) Sounds to me like Mr. Capell may be a little worried about what may be found in the audit!
Although I am not surprised. He has been running his mouth off in an unprofessional manner since he became city manager.

joetowner and Gr8...........I sure didn't notice any negative comments when politicians from the other end of the state wrote letters supporting Schaaf (guess he couldn't get any locals to write one for him!). Oh yeah.......that IS the republican way.......just stay negative.....Guess we'll see in three more weeks how far it gets you!
