Oh St Joe.
Wasn't this a huge topic earlier?
Maybe they shouldn't of built the huge new library.

All I can say is what a waste of my tax dollars.

If this was truly a educational basis program, it wouldn't have to be renewed in three years.

Ms. Penland means by orders coming from "Top Down" is Kansas City. They have ruined the St Joseph Postal Service. Then there is the local Post Master, who is the most mysterious person I know.or I should say would like to talk to. Try getting ahold of him/her.

I wish they would just build a park or something. The open space is beautiful and shows off the gorgeous buildings around the area.

There are beautiful buildings downtown hidden by boarded up buildings that are crumbling due to no maintenance.

Again I say take the second floor off the garage across from the old trail theatre.
Then, what a beautiful downtown we would be able to see.

Does anyone know, I can't remember reading it if so. Once Mr. Capell received the complaint from the city attorney, that he had a conversation with Mr Shearin, to get both sides of the story? Demand or recommendation?

You remind me of my husband, sometimes alittle harsh for the light hearted. Your intentions are always in the right place.
I for one appreciate your effort of trying to help a fellow citizen with a bogus charge.
