to scared of great danes. I have lived my entire life in Savannah and have never seen these dogs you are talking about! In our town if someones dog is loose you call them and let them know, dogs DO GET OUT,"there going to scare me out of that town" well then you have nothing to complain about!!
I can't believe someone has the nerve to blame the police for the house fire.GET A LIFE!! Preferably somewhere else!!It was a accident caused by two young boys that made a dumb mistake imagine that! I could go on and on but I won't bother something tells me you would not get IT anyway!!

I have to say the posts that are against violance are the ones that sound the most aggressive.I just have to say if you think Savannah is the only high school where teenage boys fight than reality has escaped you.I don't condone any one getting beat up, however I think that involving law enforcement is wrong, again these are teenage boys who had a fight they are not violent criminals.If this story had never made it public it would have long been over.
Two teenage boys had a fight. BIG DEAL this has been going on for years and will continue on, true violence is not the answer for an adult but you must remember these are not adults, these are teenage boys. Any one who has raised a son will know that they go through the phase of wanting to fight it out.The school has handled it let it be,involving the law is not the answer there is no winner.My son was in a huge fight when he was in high school, needless to say both boys ended up in the hostpital. did either press charges? NO they both were involved they both were guilty and they both got hurt. I might add though now that they are out of school the other boy visits my son in college quite often on weekends and they have become good friends.What will be will be.

DO IT!! everytime they are in uniform they might as well have a bullseye on them, they are the target for anything and everything.Look around with everything going on in this world are you willing to risk your very life for your job! but to most officers it is not only a job but they do hope that they are making a difference in the world or at least a small corner of it. they are protecting YOUR family, YOUR friends and the only time they are the good guys is when YOU NEED THEM.
